Privacy Policy

CHOIAERO is run by I&E AI Co., Ltd. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at iandeai001@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you create an account
- Your email address.
- Your password. It is handled by our sign-in provider and stored as a hash. We never see it.
- A nickname, and a profile photo if you add one.
When you use CHOIAERO
- Trips you build: the title, the artist or member, the city, the dates, and the places you add to each day.
- Places you save, notes you write on them, artists you favourite, and places you mark as visited.
- Posts you write in the community: the text, any photo you attach, and your comments and likes.
- Reports you send about a post or a place, including the reason and any detail you write.
- Requests you send asking us to add an artist.
When you invite someone to a trip
The email address you type in. We use it only to give that person access to that trip.
Automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, and the page requested — for security and troubleshooting.
We run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.
Cookies
We use one cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Sign out and it is gone. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.
Where your data is kept
- Your account, your trips and the files you upload: Supabase, in Sydney, Australia.
- The website itself: Cloudflare's global network.
If you live in Korea, the EEA or the UK, this means your data is stored outside your own country.
Who else receives data
- Supabase
- Everything listed above. It runs our database, our sign-in, and our file storage.
- Cloudflare
- Request data and server logs. It hosts and delivers the site.
- Google Maps
- Your IP address and how you use the map. The map on trip screens loads from Google, so Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
- jsDelivr
- Your IP address. It serves the web font.
- Korea Tourism Organization
- Nothing about you. We request place information from them; we send them no personal data.
- Korea Meteorological Administration
- Nothing about you. We ask them for the forecast in a city; we send them no personal data.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Affiliate links
At the end of a trip you build, we show a few links for things travellers usually sort out before flying — flights, insurance, an eSIM, an airport pickup. If you book through one of them, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it is how we keep CHOIAERO free.
We do not run any advertising or tracking script for this. The links are ordinary links. Nothing happens until you click one. When you do, you leave our site and the company you land on — and the network that connects us, Travelpayouts — receives your visit the way any website you open does, under their own privacy policies.
The link carries a label telling us which screen it was clicked from (for example, the city you were planning). It says nothing about who you are.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can delete a trip, a post or a saved place at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, your trips, your posts and the photos you uploaded. Server logs held by our providers expire on their own schedules.
What you can do
- Change your nickname or photo on My Page.
- Delete your account on My Page. This cannot be undone.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete something, by writing to iandeai001@gmail.com.
Children
CHOIAERO is not intended for children under 14. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so inside the service.
